It’s no secret that food and body image issues have been my greatest personal struggle. As I shared in this post for the first time my relationship with food has been tumultuous to say the least. When I first found today’s guest on the internet I knew I needed to know her, befriend her, and interview her; what I didn’t know was how much her work would change my life for the better over the next few years.
