It’s been a bunch of time and a bunch of episodes since I’ve had my friend Erin Stutland on the podcast. A lot has changed since our last interview 2 years ago but one thing remains, I still love her and Shrink Session to the max. In this interview we don’t talk about her story or how she started Shrink Session (if you want to hear that, listen to our first convo here) but rather we get into what her life is like now. We talk a lot about relationships, marriage, and what’s next for Erin as she prepares for the next step in her live that might be motherhood. As a fitness guru Erin also opened up about her personal struggles with body image as a public figure in the health and fitness space which was refreshing and important to hear.
