Today’s guest is one super cool lady. She’s not only the owner of one of my favorite places in NYC Gingersnap Organic, she’s also the author of the new book Juice It, Blend It, Live It. I met Jamie Gabor a couple years ago at a Gabby Bernstein event in NYC and will never forget her warmth in person. On that trip I wandered into her cafe Gingersnap to see what all the hype was about and it did not disappoint. From the welcoming atmosphere to the incredible healthy yet delicious food to the owner herself, I was obsessed. Since then we’ve kept in-touch on the internet and I knew I had to have her on the podcast to tell her story and just have a great chat. As you’ll hear in the episode she’s a super down-to-earth and fun lady. We talk a lot about body image and Jamie’s food issues when she was younger in contrast with her healthy relationship with food and her body now after marrying a chef and owning an organic cafe. She’s one of a kind and I know you’ll love her as much as I do.
