I’ve been excited to air this conversation with my friend Jess for a couple months now. Some of you may remember when Jess Murnane last came on the podcast over two years ago. At that time she mentioned meeting with publishers about the possibility creating a cookbook. Well today two years later that cookbook is a reality and available for all purchase, cook, and eat all the plant-based recipes. I’ve always admired Jess as an incredible creative entrepreneur and just genuinely approachable human. She shares so much wisdom and love with the world and in this episode she talks honestly about her Endometriosis(painful and heavy periods) , her real time thoughts on launching her book, social media, and a bunch more. I couldn’t be happier for her to have her first cookbook come out and be able to share that with all of you guys as well.
