133 | Luice Fink on Getting Paid What You’re Worth, Why Social Media Is Great + Finding Your Career Path

Lucie Fink of Refinery29

I’d been watching Lucie’s videos for years but when a friend sent me a video she did called 5 Days of Journaling I knew I had to have her on the podcast. When I started exploring her work more I was impressed by her creativity and the broad spectrum of topics she explored. As with most of my interviews this one goes in many directions, we get into discussions on things like why it’s important to take time to think about money and your worth (and making sure to charge people that amount), why social media isn’t all bad and the role it plays in our lives, and the great things about being a New Yorker. I loved talking to Lucie and exploring her “5 Days” video series, stop motion videos, and other work she creates for Refinery 29. Tell us what you think of the episode in the Facebook Group or on social media (@katiedalebout + @luciebfink).
