141 | Rebekah Borucki on Family, Meditation, Being True to Yourself and more!

Rebekah Borucki

Bex is back. She was one of my first guests in early 2013 when I first starting podcasting (you can listen here!) and we’ve kept in touch ever since. She’s one of my favorite people, so genuine, kind, and has a fascinating life story which you’ll hear in detail in today’s episode. She grew up not knowing her true race or identity leaving her feeling like an outsider even in her own family. Since then she’s found tools and practices like meditation that have helped her feel less alone and she’s been sharing them with her huge internet family ever since.

Bex’s life story is fascinating and today’s episode really goes deep into everything from how she went from a teen mom to a mother of five who now provides free doula services for teen moms. She also talks about her fitness history and how she’s in such a healthy place with food and weight. We even talk about loss and grief since Bex loss both of her parents at a young age, but some how the episode is bright and full of love because that’s just the type of energy Bex brings to everything. I know you’ll love this episode as much as I do.

Genexa is a family owned business on a mission to bring wellness to the world. Not all medicines are created equal. In fact many of the medicines out there that we take to feel better can contain ingredients that can lead to additional symptoms. Genexa exists as a solution to this, offering high-quality, certified organic, non-gmo medicines to remedy stress, allergies, pain, muscle cramps and more. I’m not only in love with their products but also support the mission of their company 100%. They are B-Corp certified and donate a portion of all profits to charitable organizations focused on helping children in need of essential health services and clean water.
