Hi I’m Katie. Nice to meet you and thanks for stopping by my corner of the internet.

I believe inspiration can come from anywhere. The old man who sits down next to you at the coffee shop, to your taxi wwfav-square-Apr2015_0001_computerdriver, to a Taylor Swift lyric, to a TED talk to me it’s all an equal opportunity inspiration.

You must be present & ready for it because if you’re on your phone in the cab you’d miss the quote from the taxi driver that changes your life, or if you pretend you’re too cool to like Taylor Swift you’ll miss her lyric that makes you feel a little less alone.

That’s why being present is so darn important.

You never know when inspiration will strike but sometimes when you’re feeling low it feels no where to be found.

That’s what this list of my unique inspiration list is for.
Just like the song says, …

“When the dog bites, when the bee stings
When I’m feeling sad,
simply remember my favorite things
And then I don’t feel so bad…”

When I remember my favorite things, the things on this list that authentically inspire me I feel grounded into who I am.

Just like Oprah has hers, these are my favs and like Lady O I want to give them away for FREE to you. There is no better feeling than sharing something you genuinely LOVE with someone else.
