Yogic Wisdom | Yoga video Relaxing deep stretch flow

Here’s a simple stretch sequence I made up a couple months ago. It’s a simple, relaxing, short flow that will open up your hips, stretch your legs, and even work your core a bit. This would be great before bed, but could be done any time of day to increase flexibility and quiet the mind. Go slow and remember to continually breathe in and out, long deep breaths through your nose.
