Congratulations on your heartbreak!

If you have a freshly broken heart you probably just feel awful. Directly after a heartbreak, I feel like a raw nerve, sensitive to everything.
Eventually, I’m ready to move on, let go, and learn from the relationship.

 
 
 

Every relationship that ends, whether romantic, business or friendship, has activated unsettling change, forcing me to consider my role in the situation and reflect on ways I can grow. But before I can do that reflection, I need comfort and to soothe myself before I can start unpacking the relationship that ended.

That’s why I broke these kits into two parts: first, soothing; then, solving. Letting go of a relationship is never a linear process, but compiled here is everything that has helped me.

I often I think I want to get back with a person, but really I need to return to creative projects, try new experiences, and deepen my other relationships.

PART 1- The Soothe kit - is for a freshly broken heart that needs SUPPORT. This 10 day workshop is meant to feel like a hug from a friend. each day is dosed out with an email every morning that includes ideas, reflections, journaling prompts, stories, art and advice from experts that helped me.

PART 2- The Solve Kit - is for using heartbreak as a trampoline for personal growth! This robust 8 week workshop is deep. it guides you to go inward and reflect so you can expand. it includes audio interviews, journaling exercises, resources, long-form essays, poems, healing modalities, art, and a community for support.

 
 
 

These kits help you to feel supported while you’re in the process of expanding.

As heartbreak is one of the most universal human experiences, there’s no shortage of advice: these kits organize and dose it out.

As a friend said to me, 

“Like a plant being transplanted to a new pot, you’ll need extra water and sunlight for a while but eventually you’ll grow enough to take up the whole new pot.”

These kits will be that extra water and sunlight while you grow new roots! They won't make your intense feelings go away, but they’re meant to make you feel connected, productive, and held during a lonely time.

FAQ

+ Should I sign up for the Soothe kit or the Solve kit?

You can start with either; if you've been out of your relationship for awhile but struggle to move on, feel free to jump into the Solve Kit. However, think of the Soothe Kit as a prereq for the Solve Kit. It’s a hug sent to your email inbox each day for a week. It’s sectioned off into days, but I suggest taking it at the pace you need. Maybe you’ll spend a week on each ‘day’ or maybe you’ll feel ready to work through it all more quickly.

Once you’ve made your way through the Soothe Kit, hopefully, you’ll have a gauge of where you’re at and if you’re ready for the Solve Kit. It’ll be there for you when you are. It’s a space to start mining your relationship for gems and learning from your experiences.

+ How can I sign someone else up for the Soothe kit? Can I send a personal note with the gift?

+ So is this like therapy then?

All kits are based off of my experience and the stories and advice I received through my own experience in the case of the Soothe and Solve kits (heartbreaks). We all have different experiences, and your situation may lend itself to a different path of solving and healing. Take from this what works for you. These Kits do not contain medical advice. The contents of the kit are not intended to substitute for professional advice. It does not act as a stand-in for therapy or medical advice of any kind, but instead is meant to be used in conjunction with all other tools and resources you have. I encourage you to seek out help and use your existing support system, and know that I’m now on your team and added to that support system.

+ Do you do refunds?

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds, as this is a personal story forward, experience driven program.
