The WRITE kit centers around writing for emotional wellness (journaling) but also includes practical insights for sharing writing with others, and crafting routines around both.
It includes over 25 prompts for specific situations, daily practices, and themed exercises, accountability to keep you consistent while also setting you up to maintain and create a journaling practice on your own.
