Congratulations on your heartbreak! If you have a freshly broken heart you probably feel like a raw nerve, sensitive to everything. For me, every relationship that ends, whether romantic, business or friendship, has activated unsettling change, forcing me to consider my role in the situation and reflect on ways I can grow.
